FCI is especially adept at creating strategic supply and technical alliances with major domestic and foreign custom and toll manufacturers of synthetic esters, alkoxylates, amine derivatives, phosphate esters, etc. to service FCI’s growing customer base. As of July 1, 2005, FCI became a wholly owned subsidiary of CPC Chemical Holdings, LLC (CPC). On September 14, 2007, FCI Technology became part of Mount Vernon Mills.
Also subsidiaries of Mount Vernon are Apollo Chemical and PhilChem. Apollo and Philchem are ISO certified companies with state of the art manufacturing capabilities. FCI now has it's own manufacturing facility in Ware Shoals, SC.
